1. About us
This website is run by SheFleet Mobility Private Limited ("SheFleet", "we"). Contact: info@shefleet.in. By using the site you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Who may use it
You must be 18 or older. Parents and guardians may sign up for early access for their family, using their own contact details.
3. Early access
- Joining the list is free and does not guarantee a ride, a launch date or availability in your city.
- We may contact you by phone, SMS or email about our launch. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- Launch cities listed on this website are plans and may change.
4. Driver and partner registration
- Registering is not a job offer, a contract of service, or a guarantee of onboarding or earnings.
- You must give true, complete details and documents that belong to you. Fake or altered documents will lead to rejection and may be reported to the authorities.
- We will verify applicants as the law requires before anyone is allowed to take rides, including checks on identity, driving licence and vehicle documents, and any other checks required by the transport authorities. Meeting those requirements is a condition of joining.
- Drivers and partners are independent. They are not our employees. Formal driver and partner terms, including earnings, insurance and safety rules, will be shared before launch, and joining at that stage will need your separate acceptance.
- Keep your login ID and password private. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: do not give false details, try to break or overload it, use bots or scrapers, attempt unauthorised access, or harass our team or other users.
6. Our content
The SheFleet name, logo, designs and text belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site for personal use but may not copy or reuse it commercially without written permission.
7. Our responsibility
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it may have errors or downtime. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of the site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we will tell you on the site or by message.
9. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Indian law. Please write to info@shefleet.in first with any complaint; we acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days. You keep the right to approach any consumer commission or court that has jurisdiction. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over disputes about these terms, subject to your rights under consumer law.
